Our operations around the world are working from home in full business continuity mode.
All production, test and development system are fully and securely accessible as well as our internal operational systems. We invested from day one in extensive automation and integration of SaaS based systems to ensure we could perform in all scenarios. This has been proven to be a worthwhile investment.
We extensively use Microsoft teams as the backbone of our collaborative working internally and we recently have been trialling these tools with our customer interactions with both text, voice and video capability. We will be rolling this out to all customers contacts over the next few weeks. You will be asked if you wish to participate and I hope you will as it will facilitate better communications.
Most of our customers now have access to Zen Desk for logging issues. This is an important part of our effective customer support and allows us to do retrospective analysis of issues so that we can be proactive in-service improvement.
Enterprise Risk Management has never been more important than now. As you may know our suite of offering include an ‘Enterprise Risk Cockpit’ to help firms manage enterprise risk in an efficient and effective way. This compliments the KRM22 Market, Regulatory and operational risk offerings.
