How to contact us
From the start of the KRM22 journey, we have put the well being of our customers and team at the heart of our company. We recognise that every company in the world is facing tough and new circumstances in light of the current COVID-19 crisis.
We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the measures we have taken to ensure the company is able to work efficiently with you.
We are now operating according to our business continuity plan (BCP), which includes providing regular updates to leadership, signposting to official sources so our people remain informed. All staff are working remotely, using our investment in the cloud-based methodologies we hold at our core. We have spent the last two years ensuring that everyone has the information necessary and the ability to work remotely.
You can contact your account manager or support team through several channels and still receive the same service you have come to expect from us.
All our team have access to Microsoft Teams, which allows them to do instant messaging, video and voice calls. If your organisation is on Microsoft Teams, or Skype for Business, you can search for any member of the KRM22 group as an external user and initiate a chat or call with them. You can also find a direct link in their email signature. Please let us know if you need any assistance in getting this to work. Please also remember that we can search for you so please let your contacts know if you are on Teams.
If your organisation is not on Microsoft Teams, you are working jointly on a project, or need more access than a simple chat, you can be added as a guest into our Teams environment. This is inline with our security and data protection policies and will enable you to share documents easily with your KRM22 contacts. Those not on Teams will be able to use the web application, or, if IT policies allow, download the application to their laptop, desktop or phone and log in. Please drop one of your team members here at KRM22 a line and they can invite you to the team.
All our phone communication is routed through Teams. This means that when you call someone at KRM22, the call will be sent straight to their laptop, desktop or mobile phone. We are not reliant on a static phone line in the office. You can find the phone number for any member of our staff in the signature of their email.
Video and conference calling
Our staff can all arrange video and conference calls through the Teams web client. You do not need to download software; an internet connection will do. If your organisation prevents access down particular communication platforms, we can use their preferred choice if you are able to organise this. We are always happy to run tests prior to critical meetings, ensuring the actual event runs as smoothly as possible with no technical issues.
